I was born and raised in San Jose, California. I went to school here, learned to drive here, and watched the South Bay grow from orchards and single-story ranch homes into the technology capital of the world. That history matters when you're buying or selling a home, because Silicon Valley real estate is not just numbers on a spreadsheet — it's neighborhoods.

I know which blocks of Willow Glen stay quiet at night. I know why homes in the Rose Garden trade at a premium. I know the difference between Almaden's newer subdivisions and the original 1960s stock, and which streets get the afternoon fog. If you want a Realtor who reads the market from a national dashboard, there are plenty. If you want someone who can tell you which way the run flows on a Saturday morning at the farmers' market, that's me.

DoorLight Inc — premier California brokerage

I'm currently affiliated with DoorLight Inc, a premier California real estate brokerage focused on luxury homes and exceptional client service. DoorLight's main office is at 2445 Augustine Dr #150 in Santa Clara, the same address as the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR), and the firm represents properties across the state with a particular emphasis on the Bay Area's luxury segment.

DoorLight's model is built around the agent-client relationship. The brokerage invests in technology, marketing, and broker support so I can spend more time with you and less time on back-office logistics. When you sign with me, you get my experience and DoorLight's platform behind it.

Background across industries

Real estate is my second (and third) career. Before I joined DoorLight, I spent time at Keller Williams Realty, learning the team-based model and the discipline of rigorous client follow-up. Before that I worked at Reali, the tech-forward Bay Area brokerage, where I built a foundation in digital marketing and analytics. I've also worked at REX, the flat-fee disruptor, and at Captora, a B2B marketing technology company. Earlier in my career I was at ADP, one of the largest business-services companies in the country.

That breadth is unusual for a Realtor, and it's a feature, not a bug. Real estate is a relationship business, but it's also a marketing and data business. The homes that sell fastest in the Bay Area are the ones where the agent knows how to position, price, and promote. I bring that toolkit to every listing.

Specialty: family homes and Silicon Valley

Most of my clients are families — first-time buyers trying to get into the market, move-up buyers trading a starter home for something with a yard, and sellers looking to capture the equity they've built over the last decade. I also work with a number of tech professionals and executives relocating to the Bay Area, often from out of state, who need someone to translate the local market for them in plain English.

If you're looking at luxury homes — Almaden estates, Saratoga hillsides, Los Altos properties — I work with buyers and sellers at that tier too. DoorLight's luxury focus means I have a strong network of high-end agents, stagers, photographers, and vendors I can bring to the table.
